Our Reading corporate team has received five nominations at The Business Magazine’s Thames Valley Deals Awards 2024.
The nominations are included in four deal award categories:
- Corporate Deal of the Year — acting on the Huntswood Group sale to ResultsCX
- Large Deal of the Year — acting on the MBO of DSP
- Mid-Range Deal of the Year — acting on the MBO of Smart Numbers, backed by YFM Equity Partners
- Small Deal of the Year — March Foods sale to Delightful Food Group
Senior associate, Laurel Knight, has also been included in the shortlist for Young Dealmaker of the Year, which celebrates the achievements of a young professional in completing deals and making significant contributions to the business landscape of the Thames Valley.
The Thames Valley Deals Awards will take place on 7 November at Reading FC Conference & Events, Select Car Leasing Stadium, Reading. As the leading event in the region’s corporate finance calendar, the awards provide an opportunity to celebrate the successes of the local corporate finance community.
