We are celebrating five nominations across three categories at this year’s Insider North West Dealmakers.
The nominations include:
- Corporate Law Firm of the Year
- Deal of the Year (sub £10m) – Besseges £10m investment from BGF
- Deal of the Year (£10m-£50m) – Sale of Seneca Trade Partners to a newly-launched private credit platform iO Finance Partners
- Deal of the Year (£10m-£50m) – Maven Capital Partners’ strategic investment in Digital Rewards Group
- Deal of the Year (£10m-£50m) – Fulfilmentcrowd exit by BGF and investment by Palatine
