We have announced the appointment of Jonathan Pollard as corporate partner in our Leeds office. Jonathan joins David Armitage and the existing team and brings with him over 20 years of experience in corporate transactional work.
Jonathan has an established track record advising on UK and international mergers and acquisitions, disposals, investments, restructurings and capital market transactions. His expertise spans both public and private companies across a wide range of sectors, and he regularly acts for management teams and private equity houses on complex private equity deals.
Solicitor Cordelia Stephens also joins the team with Jonathan. Cordelia’s arrival adds further depth to our growing Leeds corporate practice, enhancing the team’s capacity to support clients across a broad spectrum of corporate transactions.
These appointments come at a time of sustained growth for our Leeds office and reflect the firm’s continued investment in our people and regional presence. Jonathan’s appointment brings the partner count in Leeds to 15 in an office of some 135 people, spanning a diverse range of practice areas and reinforcing our ability to offer comprehensive legal and other professional services in Yorkshire and further afield.
