Our Nottingham Corporate team has secured a total of six shortlistings at the East Midlands Rainmaker Awards 2025 across a total of four categories.
The team’s shortlist consists of:
- National Legal Team
- Rising Star – Rosie Butler
- Small Deal of the Year (up to £10m) – Willshees Waste & Recycling’s acquisition of Stanton Recycling
- Small Deal of the Year (up to £10m) – Palatine’s acquisition of a majority stake in Atombit
- Small Deal of the Year (up to £10m) – LDC-backed Bramble Foods Group’s acquisition of Whitakers Chocolates
- Medium Deal of the Year (£10m-£50m) – LDC’s investment in Power Saving Solutions
