We advised Lotan Limited on the construction of a new manufacturing facility and the adaptation and extension of an existing facility.
Phase 1 of this project comprised the construction of a new manufacturing facility for Lotan Limited at Ashton Green Business Park, Leicester. The building is steel framed with metal cladding and integral two-story offices. Phase 2 of this project comprised the adaptation and extension of the facility approximately two years after the main factory was constructed.
