We advised on the refurbishment and extension of Blofield Surgery, Norfolk.
The project involved constructing a two-storey extension, undertaking refurbishment works to the ground floor of the existing building and construction of new car park spaces and associated external works. Following the return of tenders, Gateley RJA provided quantity surveying and employer’s agent services. Gateley RJA were involved in the construction stage of the project holding regular meetings and providing cost management services.
