We advised Charnwood Medical Group on the conversion and extension of a Grade II listed Victorian primary school.
The works comprised the conversion and extension of a Grade II listed Victorian primary school into a medical centre and pharmacy. The construction works were undertaken by local contractor, William Davis Limited, whose Chairman attended the primary school as a boy. The finished building is a fine example of a modern design within an historic structure.
The architect on the project was BRP Architects and the structural engineer was Diamond Wood and Shaw.
