Abbie has experience acting in high value and complex disputes in the Technology and Construction Court, and assists clients with multi-party and time sensitive litigation. She also assists on related commercial and property disputes, including breach of contract claims.

1. Acting for developers and housebuilders in high‑value and complex construction disputes, including fire safety, cladding and Building Safety Act claims.
2. Assisting on Technology and Construction Court proceedings, including multi‑party litigation involving contractors, consultants and group companies.
3. Supporting clients in relation to adjudication, including advising on strategy, enforcement issues and the interaction between adjudication and court proceedings.
4. Assisting on claims arising from alleged defects, breach of contract and non‑compliance with building regulations, from pre‑action stage through to trial and settlement.
5. Assisting with dispute resolution processes, including without‑prejudice negotiations.
