How do you help clients?

As an employer’s agent, I support clients in understanding the wider scenario of variables, including project programme, site constraints, performance of site staff and quality, to ensure that they can manage their risk to the end user.

I am currently a programme manager, ensuring that deliverables, KPIs and client relationships are managed throughout the project lifecycle. Providing a single point of contact for the client has enabled limited escalations and a centralised approach to processes and procedures.
