Amy is a newly qualified solicitor in our real estate team, working out of our Belfast office. Amy started her career at Gateley through a training contact, working in a range of departments before qualifying into our real estate team.
Admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales in 2024, Amy assists Alison Reid, Partner and Janine Gibbs, Legal Director. She acts on behalf of buyers and sellers in the acquisition, disposal and remortgage of residential properties. Amy frequently advises investors on the purchase of buy to let properties.
Amy also acts on behalf of a number of our housebuilder clients in the sale of freehold interests and lease extensions.
