Expertise

Bamidele has been working as a Clerk of Works since 2007. He has also worked in various managerial and supervisory capacities in past roles, notably in refurbishment and new build projects. He is passionate about the built environment, and he constantly analyses clients’ needs and pays attention to the detail and quality expectations of the project delivery. 

Bamidele holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture and environmental studies, is a student member of the Institute of Clerk of Works (ICWCI) and is a past Incorporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (ICIOB).

Having worked in the major works section of the housing and regeneration department for a local government council, Bamidele is aware of the current housing legislation, code for sustainable homes, building regulations, CDM regulations, other regulatory bodies and social issues impacting on service delivery and effectiveness.

Bamidele works with housing associations throughout the UK, as well as local authorities and local and national developers.
