How do you help clients?
My current role allows me to assist clients in realising their requirements, through accurate forecasting, regular and concise communication and by co-ordinating the delivery team to ensure the clients’ needs and more are met.
I help clients by providing regular updates, the delivery team ensures that client risks are foreseen, measured, quantified and minimalised. I help clients by regular review of the contract and supporting documents, enabling us to ensure that the client gets full value.
Experience
- Successfully ensuring the timely delivery of compliant, quality plots to meet the client’s requirements.
- Ensuring clients receive the highest value plots by ensuring adherence to the contract, specification and planning requirements. Recent examples would be ensuring the developer at a site in Buckingham delivered the size of properties detailed within the s.106 and ensuring the developer adhered to the planning condition of EV charger provision at a site near Didcot.
- Undertake timely reviews of the services provided to clients to ensure appointments are fulfilled and extra services such as asset management are offered.
