David has a wealth of expertise in corporate finance, corporate and commercial matters, including: mergers & acquisitions, cross-border transactions and investments. UK inward- and outward-bound investments acquisitions, corporate structuring and projects.
David has over 30 years’ experience working for clients on growth and acquisition strategies. His clients include public companies, multi-national and private family-owned companies from the UK, the US and further afield and covering many different sectors.
David was formerly Head of International at a major European law firm, introducing and establishing its non-UK offices and its international network.
He is a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and the International Bar Association.
