Gabriel is a newly-qualified solicitor in the corporate team having also worked previously as a corporate paralegal before completing his training contract with Gateley. Gabriel’s experience includes advising on a range of corporate matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and general corporate law and governance.
