George is a senior quantity surveyor at Gateley RJA, where he works alongside and manages a team of employer’s agents. As part of his role, George ensures the delivery of service is in line with requirements, particularly in relation to pre- and post-contract works, which includes invaluable costs advice to clients.
George manages multiple schemes and works on both development agreements and JCT contracts. This includes pre-contract costs advice, tender analysis and negotiations prior to contractor appointment, as well as post-contract work, including cost management, valuations and final accounts.
How do you help clients?
I am a self-motivated and committed professional, experienced as an employer’s agent/ contract administrator/ quantity surveyor since 2017. I support clients in managing risk and maintaining cost control from pre-contract through to post-contract stages across a range of projects delivered under JCT contracts and Development Agreements. My focus is on ensuring client objectives are met while maximising value for all stakeholders involved.
