How do you help clients?
I help clients by advising outgoing tenants on exit strategy prior to lease end to manage dilapidations liabilities.
Experience
- Preparing schedules of works in relation to damage caused by insured perils to a variety of different buildings.
- Contract administration of works to repair/ reinstate commercial and residential premises as part of planned maintenance and insurance reinstatement works.
- Assessing landlord claims for dilapidations, by reviewing breaches of covenant, producing assessment of quantum and negotiating settlement between the parties.
- Undertaking inspection of various building defects to investigate cause(s) and provide reasoned advice to the client on required remedial works.
