How do you help clients?
I play a key role in managing client risks by providing accurate cost planning, rigorous contract administration, and proactive risk identification throughout the project lifecycle.
I help manage client risks by ensuring that construction works are carried out to the required quality standards, specifications, and regulations. Through regular site inspections, I identify and report any deviations or potential issues early, helping to prevent costly rework, delays, or safety incidents.
I ensure financial control by forecasting costs, monitoring budgets, and advising on procurement strategies that align with the client’s risk appetite. Through detailed risk assessments and value engineering, I help mitigate potential cost overruns, delays, and contractual disputes – ultimately safeguarding the client’s investment and ensuring project success.
