How do you help clients?

I help clients to understand their scope and maximise how we can assist within our area of expertise. I deliver cost advice to ensure risk is managed and allow clients to make effective decisions for their businesses. Most notably, driving process efficiencies and a strong background in cost planning.

I help clients by being a leader in delivering employer’s agent services and deliver multiple projects, providing pre- and post-contract services, specifically feasibility cost plans, tender documentation and reports and contract compilation, along with valuations, contract instructions, cost reports and final accounts.

I ensure clients scope of service is delivered and ensure they are provided with the highest level of service, which involves proactively working with developers to drive completion of works.
