Given his previous experience and knowledge gained throughout employment, all the relevant skills have been accumulated to ensure that jobs start and finish on time and meet the highest of standards.

- Working in partnership with MHS Modern Housing Solutions (Carillion Amey) and principal contractor for MOD Marriage Quarters (Behind the Wire).
- RAF Valley – New installation of decorative cladding, facias, soffit and rainwater goods.
- Catterick Garrison – New installation of kitchens, bathroom and boilers.
- Kendrew Barracks – New installation of kitchen, bathroom and boilers.
- RAF Cranwell – Full refurbishment of 30 properties and structural works (underpinning) to 16 properties.
- Prince William of Gloucester Barracks – Full refurbishment and ewi works to 25 properties.
- EMIS WORKS – Liaising with defence infrastructure officers (DIO); carrying out minor works to MOD properties across the north.
- Shop fitting for blue chip companies (Asda, Marks & Spencer, Boots and Argos). Liaising with all parties involved in the re-fits, from contract cleaners to senior project managers.
