Natalie has been in the social housing and construction field since 2014. She has worked on various projects and on internal and external works, such as rewiring, flat roof works, asbestos removal, external decoration, external wall insulation, IRS systems, fan installs, landscaping, new kitchen, bathroom and windows installations, with construction contractors and housing associations.
Natalie prides herself in what she can bring to any project, such as delivering high quality control and care, which will allow a smooth liaison with the site manager and team members involved and building positive relationships, communicating and being available/ flexible within reason. She believes this is the basis of a successful project and team. She is aware and understands the importance of housing legislation and building regulations in every aspect of her work.
Natalie has been described as a meticulous individual, who thrives at juggling multiple tasks and who maintains a sense of humour when working under pressure.
