Experience

  • A303 Stonehenge, UK: Olga has strong expertise in heritage consultancy and listed buildings, demonstrated through her involvement in one of the UK’s most iconic infrastructure projects - the A303 Stonehenge scheme. Her work included conducting a comprehensive tourism impact assessment through close consultation with local authorities, English Heritage, and the National Trust. She gathered and analysed data on the wider World Heritage Site, reviewed development plans and concept proposals, and delivered both quantitative and qualitative evaluations. Particular focus was given to transport implications and the visitor experience, ensuring cultural sensitivity and strategic alignment with heritage conservation goals.
  • Residential Estate Financial Appraisal, Leeds, UK: Olga led a financial appraisal for a potential new development option for an estate close to Leeds that envisages the construction of a number of residential village clusters tucked within a sensitive natural environment. During the study Olga conducted the field research and consultations with local economic and urban development authorities and managed project delivery.
  • High-End Luxury Residential Development, Rome, Italy: With 15 years of experience in the luxury property and high-net-worth individual (HNWI) sector, Olga led a comprehensive research programme across Italy, analysing both branded and unbranded high-end residential real estate markets. Her work informed strategic recommendations on unit planning, price-point positioning, absorption forecasts, and buyer profile segmentation. The project also included benchmarking luxury apartment developments across key Mediterranean destinations, offering valuable insights into regional trends, competitive positioning, and investment potential.
  • Mixed-Use Urban Development, Bahrain: Through a series of project secondments to the Middle East, Olga contributed to several highly complex mega-projects, including one of the largest privately led mixed-use residential urban developments ever undertaken in Bahrain. Her work provided critical input into the master planning process, underpinned by in-depth market research across various land uses. She developed strategic recommendations on product mix, optimal scale, demand projections, and achievable sales and rental values. Olga also conducted extensive local market analysis to assess conditions and dynamics relevant to the proposed uses, while formulating alternative programme scenarios, phasing strategies, and identifying key factors likely to influence the scheme’s long-term performance.
  • Healthcare Projects: Olga brings deep specialist knowledge of the healthcare sector, with over eight years of experience delivering complex clinical infrastructure. She provided project management and contract administration services for the state-of-the-art Proton Beam Therapy Centre at University College London Hospitals (UCLH), one of Europe’s most advanced cancer treatment facilities. More recently, she contributed to the successful delivery of the SLAM Children and Young Persons (CYP) Unit - an ambitious collaboration between King’s College London and South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust - created to transform youth mental health care through integrated clinical services, pioneering research, and early intervention.
