• Advising financial services consolidators Ascendant and Attivo on their continued expansion through the acquisition of independent financial adviser firms and accountancy practices across the UK and Ireland.Advising Timpson Group on its acquisition of James Shoe Care, strengthening its position in the UK’s consumer repair and maintenance market.
• Advising the shareholders of Polka Dot Travel, an independent travel agency, on the sale of the business to Hays Travel, the UK’s largest independent travel agent.
• Advising Healthcademia, a healthcare education and training provider, on its acquisition of a UK digital medical education platform supporting students and healthcare professionals.
