How do you help clients?

I help clients in determining the cost of damage repairs and reinstatement for fire, water escape, flood, and subsidence claims, ensuring fair and reasonable settlement values. I also help establish the value of at-risk costs to their property, making sure the appropriate level of cover is in place to protect both the insured and the insurer.

I help clients with construction cost advice to support budgeting and feasibility assessments. I manage pre-contract processes, including preparing tender documentation, overseeing tendering, conducting tender analysis, and producing reports.

Additionally, I handle post-contract processes such as cost reporting, cash flow forecasting, valuations, and final account.
