In a fast-evolving built environment sector, ensuring assets are handed over safely, compliantly and ready for operation is essential.

What do we do?

Gateley’s asset delivery service suite provides a smart, data-led approach to managing this process. We combine compliance oversight, defect resolution and intelligent data coordination to streamline asset handover and operational assurance. Every asset is audited against tailored data points, with defects proactively addressed through structured inspection cycles. Compliance is embedded from build to handover, ensuring nothing is missed.

Using Azure-powered reporting and KPI tracking, our team delivers transparency, accountability and strategic insight – making asset delivery not just a quality checkpoint, but a driver of smarter, scalable portfolio delivery across sectors.
