What do we do?

Our portfolio management office (PMO) service brings portfolio management, asset delivery, and operational oversight together into one fully-integrated offering. Designed for organisations managing complex development pipelines or large-scale asset portfolios, our PMO helps ensure strategic alignment, effective risk control, transparent data, and consistent quality from initial planning through to handover and ongoing operations.

Our centralised PMO framework seamlessly combines compliance management, defects coordination, portfolio performance tracking, and intelligent data governance. Through structured governance cycles, robust systems reporting, and standardised operational tools, we give clients clear visibility across programmes and portfolios – enabling confident decision making, scalable growth, and dependable outcomes.

  • Portfolio management
    • Portfolio planning and prioritisation: Aligning projects with organisational goals, capacity, risk, and budget.
    • Programme oversight: Monitoring delivery performance, risk, dependencies, and commercial impact across multiple schemes.
    • Governance and reporting: Standardised reporting cycles, decision frameworks, and executive dashboard reporting.
    • Process assurance: Embedding uniform PMO controls, templates, and data standards across all teams and delivery partners.
  • Compliance management
    • Certificate verification and documentation: Collecting, validating, and storing all required compliance documents (air tests, boiler commissioning, Building Control, CML, electrical compliance, Energy Performance Certificates, Landlord Gas Safety Record certificate, renewable energy systems, fire safety systems, Health & Safety files, etc).
    • Close down audits: Final scheme compliance checks including building control and environmental requirements.
    • Regulatory monitoring: Tracking changes such as the Building Safety Act and updating operational processes accordingly.
  • Data coordination and reporting
    • Asset data capture: Collecting 150+ data fields per asset, covering tenure, accommodation schedules, build type, and compliance status, plus any other data set required by the client.
    • Template and tracker management: Managing standardised data sheets, compliance checklists, and defect logs.
    • Azure-based reporting: Dashboards for forecasting, valuations, risk, and performance insights.
    • Exit data and scheme close-out: Providing structured digital handover packs including SharePoint access for external stakeholders.
  • Defect management
    • Defects identification and tracking: Issues logged via Clerk of Works, aftercare teams, residents, and integrated CRM systems.
    • End of Defects (EoD) coordination: Scheduling, managing, and reporting inspection visits.
    • Developer liaison and resolution: Chasing defect clearance, issuing making good certificates, and invoicing where necessary.
    • GDPR-compliant customer contact: Managing resident communications for EoD with full data protection compliance.
