We have advised Regency Glass on its landmark relocation to a new 420,000 sq ft facility at Omega Business Park, Warrington.

Following a significant strategic investment by business acquisition compounder CorpAcq, the move is part of ambitious expansion plans and currently stands as the largest single-site lease completed in the North West this year.

The new Warrington site will future-proof operations and significantly expand production capacity, establishing a platform for innovation, efficiency, and sustainability on an unprecedented scale. It will also support the launch of Regency Triple featuring Corning® Enlighten™ Glass, an ultra-thin glass, triple-glazed unit set to debut in the UK from Q1 2026. Once fully operational, Regency Glass will become the UK’s largest single-site manufacturer of insulated glass units and one of the most advanced worldwide.

The team was made up of real estate partners Gareth Atkinson and Rachel Baker, construction partner Hayley Sullivan, and planning senior associate Richard Bailey.

Gareth Atkinson commented: “This was a strong collaborative effort from our Manchester-based team to deliver comprehensive legal support. As well as being a landmark move for Regency Glass as part of significant growth plans, the letting also signifies long-term and large-scale investment within the North West with it being the largest single-site lease completion this year, and it’s great to have been able to support that.”
