How do you help clients?
I assist clients with all aspects of leadership behavioural and cultural change. That includes but is not limited to:
- developing leadership capability within the C-suite through to first line manager level;
- helping clients understand how a focus on the mental wellbeing of their teams can impact positively the bottom line;
- working with teams to help them understand how their behaviours impact and provide opportunities for change via supportive challenge; and
- assisting clients to navigate and embed inclusion behaviours.
I help clients diagnose what might be happening in their teams; sometimes clients know that things aren’t working as well as expected and I help them to uncover what behaviours could be damaging their business.
