1. Advising Gymshark and the management team on all aspects of a minority investment by General Atlantic.
2. Advising the sellers and management team of Richborough Estates Holdings Limited on the sale to and rollover into a newly incorporated company backed by Terra Firma.
3. Advising Ross Trustees, an LDC-backed corporate pensions trustee business, on its acquisition of Independent Governance Group Limited.
4. Advising Virgin Wines on the admission of its shares to trading on AIM, the London Stock Exchange’s growth market.
5. Advising Gateley (Holdings) Plc and its group companies on the acquisitions of GCL Solicitors, International Investment Services, Persona Associates, T-Three Group, Paul Tweed LLP, The Vinden Partnership Limited, Tozer Gallagher, Adamson Jones Holdings Limited, Smithers Purslow and Symbiosis IP Limited.
