I help clients to understand and manage risks associated with buying, selling and leasing commercial real estate (particularly contaminated or highly regulated sites), whether for investment, redevelopment or otherwise.

Having a dual real estate and environmental law specialism saves time, money and delays for clients as I am able to identify important issues early in a transaction and provide commercial solutions.

I regularly work with our corporate teams on major projects and have worked in a wide variety of sectors including retail, defence, motor, residential and social housing, finance and industrial and understand client requirement in these sectors.
