  1. Acting for the landowner of a prominent retail park in negotiating and completing a lease with a major international car manufacturer. The transaction involved an agreement for lease conditional on planning and utility connections, bespoke drafting, and resolving technical issues to achieve completion.
  2. Advising on the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties for investors and owner-occupiers.
  3. Drafting and negotiating leases for landlords and tenants across a variety of sectors, including retail, office, industrial, leisure, and mixed-use developments.
