Natasha specialises in intellectual property and commercial contracts. Her experience covers a variety of legal issues and agreements, but particular areas of focus include intellectual property disputes, data protection and commercial agreements within the retail, sports, media and IT sectors.
How do you help clients?
I work on both contentious and transactional matters for national and international businesses. My contentious experience includes advising on and drafting pre-action correspondence, court applications and documents, and settlement agreements in relation to patent, design rights and trade mark infringements, and passing off. My commercial experience includes drafting and advising clients on standard terms and conditions, supply and distribution contracts, franchise agreements and software contracts.
Experience
- Advising on a trade mark dispute between two major suppliers of confectionery.
- Advising on and preparing a licence agreement and services agreement for a large gaming technology business.
- Assisting on a stand-alone infringement action in the Competition Appeal Tribunal involving allegations of anti-competitive behaviour.
- Drafting a manufacturing and supply agreement, and negotiating the terms with various international suppliers, for a high-profile cosmetics brand.
