2. Advising clients on complex sponsorship agreements and drafting standard terms and conditions for the sponsorship of events. 
3. Advising clients on and drafting comprehensive concessions agreements. 
4. Advising on and helping clients put in place a suite of sets of terms and conditions for purchase, supply, collaboration and development concerning both goods and services. 
5. Advising clients on sales promotion agreements including referral agreements, introducer agreements, and partnership agreements. 
6. Advising clients on supply and stocking agreements with high-street retailers. 
7. Advising clients on comprehensive operating agreements for large residential buildings in connection with property transactions. 
8. Advising clients on the preparation of SaaS terms and conditions and integration of the same with client’s existing contractual documents including order forms and customer onboarding documents.
