Expertise
As a quantity surveyor, Tomasz has been at the head of multiple projects as contract administrator for housing associations, developing properties with smaller contractors and as a project manager on larger estates, where the client has relied on him for advice and contract execution during the lifetime of a construction project.
Amongst Tomasz’s past experience is management of JCT contracts and work on Development Agreements in a post-contract capacity, where he is comfortable with running a project through to delivery. Technical aspects of construction and attention to detail on usability and post-completion issues for the client are also among his experiences.
How do you help clients?
I help clients oversee and deliver their projects on a focused basis, where individual property plots are inspected for completion, documentation is reviewed and full compliance and readiness of the properties are assured. I also ensure that the client’s risk is properly managed by managing the contract between them and the developer and by enforcing the duties and responsibilities outlined in the agreements. Any issues arising, whether out of contract matters or developments during the project, are managed by me, through advance warnings to clients and through follow-ups with the developer to ensure they follow their declared contract duties.

- Acting as contract administrator on a new block of flats for a housing association in North London.
- Acting as project manager on delivery of new blocks of flats in Barking, London for L&Q.
- Acting as the employer’s agent on a refurbishment of a sheltered accommodation scheme for a local housing association in Rochester, Kent.
- Assisting in the pre-contract phase for a multiple scheme development for a local authority in Maidstone, Kent.
