Annabel also assists insolvency practitioner clients with their investigations into the property and affairs of insolvent individuals.

Experience

1. Acting for the liquidators of a company that has brought claims against former directors for breach of fiduciary and other common law and statutory duties and for fraudulent trading.
2. Acting for the liquidators in claims against the former directors and a Jersey-based corporate trustee for selling the Company’s property at an undervalue in breach of duty in the context of avoided tax and stamp duty.
3. Acting for the trustee in bankruptcy in relation to claims for transactions at an undervalue.
4. Advising clients on the creditor’s winding up petition procedure.
