3. Acting for the selling shareholders on a c.£26m sale of Adamas Consulting Group Limited (an international consultancy to the pharmaceutical industry) to Ergomed Plc.
4. Acting for a leading HR and payroll software company on various investments by BGF together with a further bolt on acquisition of an IT consultancy and associated EMI share option scheme.
