Zara’s practice encompasses advising on a variety of commercial disputes for both corporate and individual clients. She has experience of all aspects of the litigation process from the pre-action stage through to trial, and she has participated in a number of mediations.
She has advised clients in respect of breach of contract claims, business ownership disputes, defamation/ reputation management matters and enforcement of restrictive covenants.
