How do you help clients?

• Liaise with clients & Project leads and provide regular progress reports and status updates, keeping clients informed about the projects progress, potential challenges, and next steps.
• Responsible for invoicing and serving as the point of contact for clients and suppliers regarding any financial inquiries.
• Ensuring that the project meets the agreed-upon specifications, standards , and quality expectations, providing the client with confidence that the end product will meet their needs.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to keep the project on track and aligned with the clients goals.  This helps clients understand the project scope, deadlines, and key deliverables.

Experience

1. Representing our clients by coordinating site access through third party portals such as Cell:CM, APW, WIG, Network Rail, Western Power Distribution, as well as directly with Site Providers. This includes ensuring RAMS and certificates are current before submission.
2. Acting as the Point of Contact in the absence of the Project Lead for the Telecoms Street Works Project.Serving as the Point of Contact regarding any financial inquiries.
3. Prior to working for Gateley Hamer – Leading on the BT High Towers Access for Cellnex.  Responding to access requests on a day-to-day basis, ensuring forms are completed correctly and all certificates are received and in date before sending on to BT for approval.  Leading the client call with BT on a weekly basis, updating on the progress of each site.
4. Prior to working for Gateley Hamer – Employed by OnTower (Cellnex and Arqiva) within the Site Access Team, providing Clients/Customers with access to sites ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to.
