How do you help clients?

Through my extensive legal expertise I have helped my clients navigate through highly sensitive and complex cross-border disputes, arbitrations, commercial and financial disputes, fraud, shareholder and unfair prejudice disputes, insolvency and with enforcement and asset tracing.

I have helped my clients achieve a very high success rate in terms of favourable rulings and/ or settlements though a combination of technical excellence, a keen strategic focus on claim monetisation (claimant-side) and dilution (respondent-side).

Where my clients have either faced insolvency or needed to make recoveries from distressed counterparties, I have delivered insolvency and enforcement advice and solutions that prioritised business continuity, preserved value, and maximised creditor recoveries.

The international nature and the complexity of the matters upon which I have advised my clients means that I am widely regarded to be part of a small cadre of lawyers with a level of cross-jurisdictional litigation experience that allows me to identify extra-jurisdictional offensive and defensive legal solutions where others do not.
