With over 12 years of experience, she advises corporates, entrepreneurs, founders, investment funds, and family businesses across multiple jurisdictions on a wide range of corporate matters and transactions, including M&A, venture capital, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, investments, divestments, and general corporate advisory.

Experience

  1. Advising an Abu Dhabi investment group on its 100% acquisition of a holding company that owns and operates a network of male and female grooming and beauty salons from a private equity firm.
  2. Advising the founders of a specialist engineering consultancy business on the proposed sale of its group via an auction sale.
  3. Advising the founder and management shareholders of the Sanipex Group on the sale of a minority stake in the Sanipex business to Aliph Capital.
  4. Advising the partners of tp bennett on the acquisition of Bluehaus Group, a Dubai-based multidisciplinary design and engineering consultancy, from its founders.
  5. Advising the founder and management team on the sale of Etive Consulting to TMF Services B.V.
  6. Advising a private equity firm on its debt investments - comprising SAFE notes and traditional loan agreements - in a UAE-based sustainable fashion brand.
  7. Advising a private equity firm on the sale of a minority stake in a luxury restaurant and lifestyle brand to an Abu Dhabi investment group.
  8. Advising the shareholders of a premium international real estate brokerage on the pre-sale restructuring of its UAE, KSA, and UK operations in anticipation of a third-party investment.
  9. Advising Aramex on their pre-sale restructuring (USD 91m) of their InfoFort business across various Middle East and Africa jurisdictions, including the implementation of the new structure and completion of asset/share transfers with relevant authorities in each jurisdiction.
